A play-through of the first part of To the Moon by Freebird Games (http://freebirdgames.com/to_the_moon/) , with the assistance and additional voice talents of Bird and ZoeyHoshi!
Yes, I am aware that the music is slow, distorted, and cut and pasted together seemingly at random right when I was praising how good the music is. Fraps messed up the recording at this part, and slowed down and desychronized basically everything; I did the best I could to paste it all back together. This is NOT the game's fault; the music really is lovely, I swear.

Date: 2014-03-26 01:07 am (UTC)I was surprised and impressed that the music manuscript - far from being the random notes that music is usually presented as - was entirely accurate to what gets played on the piano! I picked it out on my keyboard beside me when I saw the sheet, and then had the strangest sense of deja vu when I heard the song played just a few minutes later.
I loved the moment when an errant microphone noise convinced you that a door had opened somewhere, and the "We'll tell you when you're older" at the role-playing comment... especially as the game itself misinterpreted "role-playing" shortly afterwards!
Well done to you, to Bird and to Zoey especially for getting so much more confident over the course of the video :)
