After XSing X1 and GUILT Returns (I already took care of Tragedy when I was doing Pempti), Kyriaki has been added to the "I have XSed every single operation in the game in which this GUILT appears, including its X operation" list! There are four of them now, and Kyriaki is now one of them. Neither of those are things I expected to happen when I started this game....
It occurs to me that if I can XS X2 (Tetarti) then that list would grow to five and I would have a perfect unbroken XS streak from X1 all the way through X5. But... man, X-Tetarti. Man. :( (Also, please don't make me try to extend that through X6-X7. I still haven't even beaten X6 at all....)

Date: 2010-06-19 06:10 pm (UTC)Even though it was the first X operation XS I attained, I would have to say that Pempti is the most fearsome so far and the one I would least like to try again if I had to pick any of my previous XSes to defend or something. I still maintain that not using the Healing Touch when it went unstable was a positively idiotic move and I cannot believe it actually worked.
Unless Aletheia pulls a UTK1 X-Deftera and is somehow inexplicably easier than it was in the main game, I would have to say Tetarti is the second-easiest X operation if you're just trying to survive (slightly ahead of Nous in that regard,) but has possibly the highest difference in the game between "I just want to beat it" and "I want the XS" difficulties.... contrast with X-Pempti, with very little difference at all but still manages to be near the top of the difficulty scale both times anyway. (I agree with the assessment that, aside from the definitely non-trivial decision not to use the Healing Touch when it goes unstable, if you can beat it, you can XS it... but you can't beat it.)
