Have I mentioned recently that the Pokewalker is the coolest thing ever to happen to someone like me (who doesn't have time to play the actual main game very often, but who is out exercising and such much more frequently?) You can find some comparatively powerful Pokemon way earlier than you're supposed to and the Pokemon you actually take walking with you gain experience for it? With the 4100 or so steps that I earned jogging today alone, I caught two Murkrows and an Elekid, and I'm only about an hour and a half into the actual game. Two Murkrows and an Elekid (and that Doduo I caught last week) before I'm even far enough in the game to unlock the ability to trade over WiFi! If all goes according to plan, I'm going to add a Magnemite and a Staryu to the mix and my whole team is going to be in the late teens as far as levels before I even challenge the first Gym. That is obscene. And they said Falkner is supposed to be hard if you chose Chikorita as your starter....
