Nimbly's Special Attack is almost exactly average.
Rock Biter and Badgertwo are both ludicrously good, being 93rd(!!!) and 85th respectively.

But the mon with the highest physical attack _{for their species} is surprisingly Priscilla at a whopping 87th. Priscilla is in the top 15% of strongest Flygons of all time. Way to go Priscilla.
