If you had a pair of Wise Glasses to slap on Oracle he would barely even need Blizzard at all, a slightly more daring option would be Choice Specs in which case Oracle would fucking annihilate anything with just Ice Beam. Or you could give him a Zoom Lens and ditch Hail for something like Heal Bell, Signal Beam or Swift. Hail is a nice setup for Glaceon alone but is a hell of a nuisance for the rest of your team and a 90% accurate Blizzard is honestly good enough in my book. Just an idea.
Honestly if you want to cover Falkor's bases with fire or electric you're better off going for Thunderbolt or Fire Blast because the stuff you're most likely to be hitting those with tend to be physically bulky a lot more than special defense. Give her some Leftovers or something and you've got an unstoppable truck. Or give her Roost and/or Protect just to be mean.
Auryn can certainly benefit from Confuse Ray, Swift, Thunder Wave, Rain Dance, Toxic, any number of things depending on just what you feel like you'll get most use out of. I'd lean toward Rain Dance or Swift on a purely PvE build myself but Toxic depends entirely on how overleveled you remain.
Swords Dance. If something turns up to OHKO Scizor it probably outspeeds him anyway. Give him a Muscle Band and he's One Punch Man.
Your Breloom disgusts me. A+ troll build. This truly is a weapon to surpass metal gear.
Still on the U-turn side of the fence with Priscilla I just think Fire Punch will never get used or possibly get her rekt but maybe I'm paranoid it's a Flygon she's a big girl.
